A team of twelve chefs cooking food people actually finish. Our nyama choma station is the thing most clients book us for, but we do plated service, buffets and cocktail canapes equally well. Halal and vegetarian menus are standard, not an afterthought. We are licensed and our kitchen passes county inspection every year.
